Please read before making any purchases.
All Private Lessons must be paid in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, it must be done at least 24 hrs. before the scheduled appointment. If cancelled with less than a 24 hr. notice, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. You may cancel/reschedule by email: admin@organic-rhythms.com or by phone: 317-440-1343.
If you purchase regular, group lessons by the month (4 weeks), you cannot get a refund or makeup class for missed classes unless it was cancelled by Organic Rhythms Dance Studio. For more flexibility, we also offer the option of paying $10/class as a walk in client for our regular group classes. You may use cash, check, cashiers' check, or money order as payment for walk ins. |
